Göçay Construction Co., founded in Aydın in 1979 is specialized particularly in road-highway constructions and asphalt paving, an has completed significant road construction projects in many regions in Turkey. Among these are; the Aliağa-İzmir-Turgutlu Highway, the Çiğli-Cumaovası Highway,  the Balıkesir-Akhisar Highway and the Aydın-Sarayköy Highway.

The Bursa-Yalova Highway, the construction of which is ongoing, is 75.3 km and forms an important segment of the İstanbul-İzmir main artery, carrying the load of 40.000 vehicles daily.

The Bursa Belt Highway, which is one of the most important projects of the Turkish transportation network, is tendered for approximately 266 Million $ and comprises a total of 41.7 km together with its access roads.

Constructions contracted with the DSI General Directorate for the irrigation of a 8.000 hectare area in Adıyaman and a 26.000 hectare area in Ağrı with traditional channel and pipe networks are currently ongoing.

Among other superstructure constructions realized, the Resedential Commercial Cultural Site in Manisa, the Efe-Kent Residential Site comprising 867 homes in Aydın can be listed in addition to the Çorlu International Airport having an annual passenger capacity of 1.500.000 and the Textile Factory in Torbalı-Izmir having a closed area of 32.000 m2.

Göçay has also put its signature under important investments in the tourism sector. The Pine Bay Holiday Resort with a 1.500 bed capacity in Aydın-Kuşadası is serving Turkish tourism successfully since 1992.

Hilton Dalaman Golf Resort & SPA with a bed capacity of 1000+200 which has been completed in Muğla-Dalaman district has been put into operation in 2009; and an 18-hole Golf Course in international standards will be opened in 2010.

Göçay has turned towards HES Energy Production Projects and has realized, jointly with its Turkish and Austrian partners, the project design, construction and electromechanical equipment  of the Doğanlı-Çukurca Dams tendered for $ 900.000.000 in addition to their power production.

“Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir (including İzmir Gulf Passage Bridge and approach roads) Highway Project which will be realized with Build-Operate-Transfer model by General Directorate of Turkish Highways Administration will be carried out by the consortium to which Göçay is a member. The Project is at a total length of 421 km, including 377 km highways and 44 km approach roads, and it will be operated for a period of 22 years and 4 months.
